The scope of a Phase II ESA can be customized under current ASTM E-1903 to align with your objectives of inquiry and budget while meeting the scrutiny of lenders, regulators and attorneys.

Integra Environmental’s licensed environmental professionals have completed hundreds of Phase II ESAs across site types and geologic settings, investigating contaminants that include agrichemicals, petroleum products, hazardous wastes and unknown wastes.

Using an in-house Geoprobe drill rig and other sampling and monitoring equipment, an investigation may include:

Soil boring advancement and monitoring well installation for sample collection.
Subsurface soil and groundwater sampling with laboratory analysis following State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection or jurisdictional agency SOPs.
Ground Penetrating Radar investigations for buried structures, including drums, cattle dip vats and tanks.
Sampling of storm drains, septic tanks, drain fields and soakage pits.
